DSM Nutritional Product’s acquisition of Pentapharm Holding Ltd. has been completed. The deal fits well into DSM’s Vision 2010 strategy to focus on accelerating and innovative growth and also allows Pentapharm to sustain and exceed its defined growth targets, according to DSM.
